Hydropop Delivery Policy
Delivery Across South Africa
Hydropop delivers directly to your door at most urban locations throughout South Africa. Some remote areas or locations considered high-risk by our courier partners may not be serviceable. If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you immediately and issue a full refund.
How Delivery Works
We partner with trusted courier services to get your order to you safely and as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed the same working day they are received. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.
Please note: Our couriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or post offices. Make sure your delivery details are complete and accurate, including your name, cell number, email address, street number, street name, complex or apartment name, unit number, city, province, and postal code.
Hydropop cannot refund or replace orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If you spot an error in your delivery information, please contact us immediately at info@hydropop.co.za or via WhatsApp on 067 438 8847.
Delivery Options & Rates
Orders over R549:
- Standard Delivery – Free (2–5 business days)
Orders under R550:
- Standard Delivery – R60 flat rate nationwide (2–5 business days)
Delivery timelines vary by region:
- Cape Town & surrounds: 1–2 working days after dispatch
- Other metro areas: 3–4 working days after dispatch
- Outlying towns: 4–5 working days after dispatch
Please Note: Timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as courier delays may occur.
Important Delivery Information
- Deliveries take place during standard business hours (Monday–Friday). Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.
- If delivery to your home is not possible, we recommend using a work address.
- Delivery to certain areas such as farms, plots, power stations, government buildings, or locations marked as high-security or high-risk may not be possible. In these cases, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
- Delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by public holidays or external disruptions.
Dispatch Timelines
- Orders placed before 12pm on a business day are usually dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following business day.
- Orders placed on Friday after 12pm will typically be dispatched on Monday (unless it falls on a public holiday).
Orders Lost in Transit
In the rare event that a courier misplaces your order, Hydropop will ship a replacement right away while we handle the issue with the courier. You won’t need to chase them, we’ll take care of it for you.
